Richard has been involved in the tourism industry since 1986. He has personally experienced most facets of the industry including management roles within key wholesalers in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane as well as extensive experience in both resort and destination management.

As a result he is well versed in the competition all competing for the tourism dollar. Coupled with retail, wholesale and airline experience Richard’s expertise has been instrumental in the forward success of all of clients as well as introducing many new opportunities and initiatives developing growth.

Richard thrives on the challenge of creating proven sales methods have led to proven results. He is always on the look-out for new ways to benefit clients and his online travel marketing experience creates a successful bridge from old world to new in an ever changing market place. A testimony to his businesses success is that he still represents clients who originally employed him from the onset. 

Treasures of the South Pacific

A dedicated believer in the paradise on offer, Richard is also the Vice President and one of the founders of the Treasures of the South Pacific group (www.tosp.com.au). A co-operative band of NTO’s focused on promoting the Pacific to throughout Australia to the benefit of all PTM’s clients.

The Treasures of the South Pacific (ToSP) is a consortium of 8 National Tourism Offices throughout the Pacific region, supported by Fiji Airways, Pacific Tourism Organisation and Pacific Trade Invest Australia.
